This is a traffic circle near my house. There is a movement afoot to rid the world of traffic circles, mostly because people don’t know how to drive on them. Here’s the right way: Yield to circle traffic before entering, signal only when you want to get off. The end. They’re actually a decent way of slowing down traffic. Just confusing.
